To get a chance to take the magnolias at the bottom of the Eiffel tower you have to plan your trip at the beginning of the Spring.

There is only one Magnolia located in the Champs de Mars, so it will not difficult to find it if you look at the picture.

Be aware that the blossom lasts less than ten days. So it's quite difficult to be sure of the exact time of the bloom.
