Place des Vosges is nestled in the heart of the Marais district. This is where I like to stroll. It is one of the oldest squares in Paris.

Inaugurated on Place Royale in 1615, it was renamed Place des Vosges in 1800. Victor Hugo the famous French writer lived there and since 1902 his apartment has become a museum.
